AVCiT deployed Network Operation Center(NOC) for the National Bank of Kuwait

Initial Data

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) was established in 1952. It is the largest financial institution in Kuwait. It has branches and subsidiaries in China, Geneva, London, Paris, New York, and Singapore. It also has a regional presence throughout the Middle East in Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, and the UAE.

Users want to visualize different sources in real-time, including workstation computers and CCTV sources, and ensure that users can access workstation computers to complete their daily tasks.

Project Implementation

To meet the requirements of the Users, the Partner from AVCIT, based in Kuwait, design, install and commission this NOC for the NBK, Kuwait, by AVCIT IP video wall controller and KVM matrix over IP.

To build a 24/7 operation NOC for the NBK, it is built by 3 parts LCD WALL for dynamic contents displays and control. 2x2 LCD wall on the left side, 2X6 LCD wall in the middle and 2X2 LCD wall on the right side.

To eliminate the noise and make a quiet and clean user operation environment, all the Workstations are secured and installed in the server room for easy and secure management. On the workspace, the operator can use the KVM system with simple intuitively OSD to get access the PC remotely with the right permission.

Operators can use Windows OS and iOS as the control panel to monitor and preview all the PC contents in real time, drop&drag, and do the layout preset for the three different video walls.
